課程概述 |
本課程「農業與環境」主要係從鏈結之角度討論農業與環境間複雜之關聯與互動。本課程主要分成兩大部分：(1) 基礎與理論，探討農業活動與五種不可或缺環境元素間之關係，包括水、土壤、土地、能源及生物；(2) 實務與應用，介紹各種永續農業與相關新興議題，包括循環農業、智慧科技及農業災害管理與韌性等。 |

課程目標 |
本課程主要係介紹在農業與環境間各種層面之最新現況與分析。藉由本課程使得修課學生瞭解不同農業行為對於糧食安全、環境保護與資源永續使用之角色，及瞭解農業行為可能造成之環境議題與其可行之解決方案。 |
